MAGICAL SANTA CRUZ

ITINERARY 4D/3N

DAY 1. TRANSFER IN - HIGHLANDS – ECCD L

Welcome to Galapagos! Our guide is waiting for us at Baltra airport (South Seymour) to start your long awaited vacation together. This day we will visit unique places to see geological formations such as: a lava tunnel, and the GALAPAGOS (giant tortoises) in their natural state. We will also visit one of the most successful programs that have been carried out to rescue tortoises. Accommodation in the city of Puerto Ayora.

DAY 2. UNINHABITED ISLAND B/L

As in the documentaries ... We will sail on a mini yacht to visit an island where only the famous Galapagos animals live in the wild. Being able to contemplate them from a few meters, for several minutes, will help us understand why the Galapagos Archipelago is a natural laboratory.

The islands to choose from are:

North Seymour: nesting area of blue-footed boobies, frigatebirds: common and magnificent, and other species.

South Plaza: home of the Galapagos land iguanas and several seabirds such as the swallow-tailed gull and the sublime tropical bird.

Bartholomew: this island is an icon of Galapagos! Here we will see the process of island formation and the first small inhabitants who dare to fight to survive on petrified lava. At the top we will have one of the best landscapes of the Archipelago and will enjoy a fantastic snorkeling.

Whatever the destination, we will have a hike and snorkeling.
