EXOTIC SANTA CRUZ

ITINERARY 5D/4N

DAY 1.TRANSFER IN - HIGHLANDS L

Welcome to Galapagos! Our guide is waiting for us at Baltra airport (South Seymour) to start your long awaited vacation together. This day we will visit unique places to see geological formations such as: a natural lava tunnel and the GALAPAGOS (giant tortoises) in their natural state. Accommodation in the city of Puerto Ayora.

DAY 2.PINZON or SANTA FE (SNORKELING+ GAME FISHING) B/L

We will mobilize in a small fishing boat or a speedboat to enjoy a new experience either to Pinzon or Santa Fe.

PINZON: this is one of the best places for snorkeling. It is captivating to see schools of small tropical fish, accompanied by parrotfish, wrasse and sometimes sea turtles oroceanic white-tip sharks. After a fantastic time at sea it will be time to rest on a lovely beach.

SANTA FE: as in Pinzon, we will be able to observe a variety of marine life and we will have a high possibility of encountering small and playful sea lions.

DAY 3. TORTUGA BAY - ECCD B

Walk on a fantastic beach with sand as fine and white as flour, find among the mangroves the "Galapagos dragons" (marine iguanas) and suddenly surprise yourself with a large natural pool that the bay itself is. This is what we will experience in Tortuga Bay and in the afternoon we will learn about the hard work The Galapagos National Park and the Charles Darwin Research Station have done to save from extinction emblematic species such as the giant tortoises and land iguanas of Galapagos.

DAY 4. UNINHABITED ISLAND B/L

As in the documentaries ... we will sail in mini yachts to visit an island where only the famous Galapagos animals live in their natural state. Being able to contemplate them from a few meters for several minutes will help us understand why this archipelago is a natural laboratory.

The islands to choose from are:

North Seymour: nesting area for blue footed boobies and the two species offrigatebirds that exist in Galapagos: common and magnificent.

South Plaza: the home of the Galapagos land iguanas and several seabirds such as the swallow-tailed gull and the sublime tropical bird.

Bartholomew: this island is an icon of Galapagos! Here we will see how the process of formation of the islands is and the first small inhabitants who dare to fight to survive on petrified lava. At the top we will have one of the best landscapes of the archipelago and enjoy a fantastic snorkeling.

Whatever the destination would be, we will have a walk and snorkeling.

Return in the afternoon to the hotel in Puerto Ayora.
